Compliance Environmental Resources, Inc. (CER) is an environmental staffing firm that specializes in placing candidates in the environmental field. We provide temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placements. There is never a fee to CER candidates. We are based in Indianapolis, Indiana and are currently in the process of expanding throughout the Midwest. CER was established in September of 1997 by Chris Kinsey, an experienced environmental professional with eight years of experience in the environmental field. Mr. Kinsey has a bachelor of science degree in Environmental Science from Purdue University and has worked as an environmental consultant, environmental trainer, and staffing specialist. Environmental staffing problems can be eliminated by CER's experience in providing high-quality applicants. We are committed to providing the right person at the right time! Customer service is our number one goal! I founded the company to provide environmental candidates high-quality, satisfying career opportunities.

I take the stance that the candidates I talk to are also my customers along with the companies who hire our employees. Many candidates that I meet working with other staffing firms do not feel respected. My candidates are treated like I would want to be treated. I really enjoy helping people find employment opportunities in the environmental field.
